Our Studios & Apartments

The Utopia apartments has a 'wow' factor! They are spacious, light and airy, with incredible panoramic view on Parga and the Ionian sea. Each apartment has it’s own private balcony, private bathroom, satellite TV and with fully-equipped open plan kitchen kitchenette. The apartments has been decorated largely with dark wood furniture and pastel fabrics and wall colours, to make the most of the light and space. Your are 5 minutes walking to the center of Parga. The seven studios are all slightly different and vary in size to accommodate different tastes.
